The truth is that no one can say they "didn't" sell themselves short or let Samsung off the hook. By the same token you cannot say they did. We have no idea the particulars ie; how much they infringed for how long etc.

What we do know is they've stated that they were going after low hanging fruit first, then could go after what's been referred to as "tier 2". They've also stated that tier two violators will be different from tier 1.

It's possible that some here have mistaken who the large infringers are. Additionally no one knows what other potential deals "may" have been worked out. We also know that the PPS remains low for what has been taking place (for now :) and that they've stated some type of action which they believe will be of interest to larger investors.
