Thanks for the info...very interesting. Since you have personal knowledge from a patent attorney that a single firm can represent both plaintiff and defendant in the same patent case, that will have to be considered a possibility. If I understand you correctly, DM attorney's Jameson, Yungwirth, etc currently assigned to EDIG would not be able to have contact with other DM attorneys who would be representing the defendant.

I wonder if the court might take issue with this arrangement. Gil, your opinion?
