I think I am incorrect after reading DB's post of RP's e-mail re: T1 & T2.

Anyway, my point is we have not had to be tested in court yet, and IMO the more that settle without it, to include royalty deals, the stronger our case seems to be.

There may be a stubborn type to take us there 1 day...who knows, and a poster dwelled on that topic until the board did not want to discuss it anymore.
