IMO, they have a deal going with someone that is going to expand....

Whoever supplies e.Digital IC for the eVu could be our candidate for what is to come.

They have been sitting pretty tight on that issue. They could venture a new entity in connection to whoever it is.

With that, we have settled with AVID....an IC house, e.Digital and DM are not going to unleash to AVID to do as they please, or any of them for that matter......IMO, a governing business contract is going to superseded a license contract.

Minister...When e.Digital and a defendant fashion a settlement, would it normally be agreed ed between them to make the determination to release with, or without prejudice, and could a contract be governing that settlement of with or with out.... unrelated to a license bestowed?
