PTSC's situation is something to worry about IMO.
As you said, over 60 licenses and what, 3 or 4 successful patent re-exams?
They have had a Markman right?
Look at the pps of them and us....daaaaa.
Who knows what it will take for both of them to uptick the pps, but I feel EDIG is in better shape to get there sooner.
I prefer not to poke needles in ones eyes or pour salt on the wound, so if we get several more settlements with royalty deals attached and avoid a court hassel for a while, I believe what was expressed at the last SHM that is the preferred goal.
Apparently, 10 outfits believe in the patents thus far.
