They are a "Big" outfit and I suspect carry a lot of overhead to keep the doors open...

40-50k trade days just does not make sense for them. And no matter what they tried they could not generate interest among the present shareholders...

You may be right, they may jump in when things start cracking here. Right now its makes more sense for them to adapt to current economics of Wall Street...
