lol......named infringers are one thing......but, IMO, there are issues beyond them, that see it coming.

Perhaps e.Digital backed away form IBM and it's "Voice Times Initiative" not wanting to have its offerings standardized.

IMO, e.Digital is sitting on ability that the industry would like to standardize.....but as long as e.Digital keeps it private and utilizes the legal system....they should make out.

I have no idea why I feel all this.....I just do....and there's nothing I can do about it.

I do not put DM in the "con" column, where most of you know, I put most all in the "con" column when it comes to publicly traded business and government.

I'll be glad when the story reaches it's limit.....good or bad...whatever..and I don't care where the PPS lands....lol

I'd simply like to move on to a breath of fresh thought....
