The bar can only be raised so far if 3 of the 19 in Q4 is it, with 2 of 19 done in Q3, and 1 not paying us until Nov-2010.

It appears a forgone conclusion thus far, with 10 for 10 a done deal, that the pps impact is zero....a fact we must accept. Raising the bar IMO is not just 1 time settlement amounts, but other parts of the puzzle like a royalty deal, or some other ongoing income from a partnership etc.

Many of us, me for sure has said repeatedly, what EDIG does with this influx of cash is more important than the cash itself. No use repeating what those things need to be....

OK, it's an EDIG Tues for a change and 2 more settlements IMO adds additional credibility to the validity of the patents, yet unchallenged, and tech people must have to conduct their business plan and sell their brand of widgets.

As far as I am concerned, we have 10 wins on the IP front, and counting.
