This makes fiscal 2011 (beginning 04-01-10) to likely be a banner year. In order to get fiscal 2012 off to a fast start, DM would have to file against the next round of infringers by early November. That is about 8 months away.

Should they file earlier than that, it would be quite bullish. By all accounts, they have to continue to ramp up their efforts considering they have a 2014-2016 deadline...although they can always file later for past infringement.

With over 170 infringers and with only 27 in the legal process, we should continue to see a rising number of lawsuits with each filing. Likely DM will have to commit more warm bodies to this effort from a logistics perspective alone.

Considering RP expects microcap interest this calendar year, this all makes good sense, hopefully translating into REAL GOOD CENTS for investors.

One day we will wake up to some really good news.
