Strictly IMO, in my wildess dreams, cannot fathom that ever happening.

I think it is in EDIG's long term interest to continue IP efforts, settle with a license agreement be it an upfront cash or royalty deal, and let these companies do their business and keep sending us checks.

Partnering up IMO makes for a better business plan than shutting companies out of the markets they are in. We need them to succeed, after DM cuts a deal, for continueing or even one time deposits to EDIG's bank account.

I'd rather see our infringers thrive, after we have cut a deal, than stop their sales.
