doni, you're correct. I saw them identified as a defendant in EDIG's amended complaint (Doc 194) and erroneously thought they had been served. Given that EDIG has filed against the other two incorrectly named defendants in the last few days, I expect Kyocera Wireless Corp to be served any day now. Thanks.
