Lets understand really what we are talking about and who is involved. The infringers fist of all are not honorable peoploe are they. This is all about people who attempted to defraud your company. Your company became involved with many of those that today they have litagation against because "After" they signed a NDA, they receiived from EDIG the workings of what they needed in order to rpogress in the manufacture of their product. In it was used pattened information belonging to EDIG and engineered by EDIG to work in the product that was to be sold by these companies. Others used the same patten to work out what they needed in order to have their products work.

In either case the knowledge belonging to EDIG was used, one group trying to avoiding a commitment made along with a NDA with EDIG and the other just down right thieves. In this group we have had 176 violators none of which can be called "HONORABLE". Just go back 10 years and list the maNY NDA'S THAT WERE ENTERED INTO . We were led like sheep to be shorn and it happened. the NDA's meant nothing to those others because they had no intention to be guided by them. They were in essence, theives who were not going to honor any aggreement. They got caught. They are at present being sued. they now want to play ball only they want to play the game according to their rules. You don't tell what we did and we "MIGHT" give you something down the road. Been there done that seen it all. In the end you loose. Not them, you. There is no honor when those from whom you expect it from are not honorable people. Nail them. I*f what you want is pennies on the dollars, your play into their game. They win.
