Every time that this is done the ones that pay for it are the exisating investors. Now there are many reasons why there is a need to expand the number, some legitiment other more superfiscial. Todate we let others get in on lower cost per share because we thought they would contribute to the cause of EDIG only to be dissapointed.

As to the point of non disclousure agreements. We have a company that has tried to skunk EDIG by not paying for the use of their pattens. So they come to an agreement that concerns past grievences. There is a settlement yet the villians demand that they are not to be exposed for the attempted crime. That just does not sound right. So far all these NDA we have seen have not worked out to any advantage to EDIG. Question? why continue. If the product we have is that good and they want to use it thats one thing to have a NDA. But to thieves???? sorry These firms were bent on stealing what was not theirs to enrich their constituents and their stock holders.

Lets keep everything in its proper perspective. If your clean you can have your NDA. If your an attempted crook, nail them. If the rest see what the attempt cost them , and it was publicizes as such then we can see much better results and more money in the settlement. So far we received chicken feed for what was done to EDIG the last ten years.. In this case Spring is not eternal. There is always a chance that there will be no tomorrow. You never let the fish off the hook once you got him by the tail. JMVHO
