The "ELEMENTS" that must come together, of which RP has talked about, certainly do not include publicizing the fact that EDIG-DM are making millions by suing 174+ companies...

I am positive DM is following a rational legal strategy that calls for extreme secrecy regarding their dealings with every defendante so as not to scare the herd before enough of them are corralled...

Recalling the statements by the defense attorneys that there is competition between them, demands such a strategy so as each defendant will think they are gaining an advantage by settling with EDIG when they do...
