Fidelity ATP is showing vol of 106,663 with 5 block trades totaling 85,500 as of 12:56 PM.

A block trade per this article is defined as at least 10K shares, and it is stated to cause the pps to drop.

Not to sure this is applicable to EDIG but it may be one answer?
