Message: Any ideas who will be more profitable

It is reasonable to assume or better said, speculate, 19 will yield more money than 7.

I look at this 3 ways, 1st the up front one time payment, 2nd..whether we obtain cross licensing that has the potential to generate future income and/or add value to EDIG's worth to a prospective buyer, and 3rd...if a royalty deal is attached.

Round 1 yielded 10.1 mln and I think 6 of 7 had XLA's.

Which round will be more "profitable" to me is not just exceeding 10.1 mln, but an upfront cash value plus what goes to the bottom line over time from XLA's and royalties.

The quantity of infringers being 2.7 times round 1, is obviously why people guess the value to be 2-3 times the 1st set, which I won't guess at.

The amount of money in the bank is certainly very important, but what is done with these funds and XLA's is far more important to me. This IP effort is more than depositing $$$ at the local BofA, but building a foundation for future products, parternerships, M&A or just sell to the right offer, then enjoy golf in sunny San Diego.

What all the above means to investors, microcap interest etc, is yet to be seen, but I cannot help but think it will all be positive.

Mar 23rd will be 10 years since my 1st buy at $11.54 for 200 shares, and I continued buying until Mar 4th-03 grabbing 5000 at 21 cents. I sat back for over 4 years looking at all my red ink, thinking how dumb I was to throw money at a company who lost cash every Q, and increased it's shares outstanding from about 112 mln to more than double that figure in 2008, and still had not made a dime. Dischino, what were you thinking???

When DM came of the scene, the light went on after almost 8 years of darkness, and I saw as most here did, 1999/2000 could easily repeat, so the interest peaked and the buying mode was back in full swing as of Sept-08 to present.

This company has done a 180 degree turn around, and I am confident where we are headed from here, so took the opportunity to speculate on your question, and add personal thoughts.
