As for your rat`s derrier, raising the authorized shares available for the company to draw on is NOT diluting the company...it may lead to that but it also may give the company the leverage to make a significant business move.

Had they only done an offering when the stock was in double digits they might be sitting on a war chest.

As long as the company grows its revenues and continues to innovate in multiple markets while expanding its intellectual property, your rat will remain azz-less.

Now, if there is no growth coupled with no new business then you have a point...but then what are you doing in a company like that anyways?
