No news and a weak Q3...not suprised with the current down tick.

For those investors not following closely, unaware of the 19 pending cases, expectations for this calendar year and the "elements" falling into place for significant new investment dollars, and seeing only the last Q's results, OR those needing cash in this economy, selling is an option...buying is not likely with no news for peripheral investors.

The pps remains weak on thin volume. All this can turn on a dime on settlement news.
