Doc 188 is EDIG's ammended complaint filed today. They included Exhibit B which is a copy of the '737 patent and the last page shows a USPTO Certificate of Correction dated 24 Nov 09 (Doc 188 Exhibit B uploaded to box.net). We can't be sure this is the CoC that prompted EDIG's addition of the '737 patent but wouldn't they include all CoC's in their ammended complaint??? Does it take 2 months for the USPTO to mail CoC's to patent holders???
