That is a shame...

I urge everyone that has shown an interest on how DM is doing to read the following documents:...

1) Number 188. It shows how DM got every defense lawyer to agree to the filing of the AMENDED COMPLAINT listing 774 as the basis of claims against defendants...Score one for DM here...

2) Number 188, the Amended complaint and number 188_B ...

This Amended Complaint will be permitted by the Court...

3) Number 189 which is the MOTION FOR A STATUS CONFERENCE, essentially crying "Uncle" to the Court and complaining that DM had ignored defense suggestion that MARKMAN HEARING occur before any discovery, (a ridiculous idea that DM has totally ignored and they shall start the discovery come Monday), takes place to save them some costs...

This idea will be flushed down the drain as it circumscribes DM'S right to discoverywhich is essential to presenting evidence in a Markaman Hearing...

If I only was 30 years Old... I would get a janitor's job at DM...Lol...Lol..
