The document is essentially the defense churning the typwriter generating BILLING HOURS at $750.00 DOLLARS per, and complaining to the Court that DM is not playing nice by refusing to adopt their schedule to have the Markman Hearinf first before there can be any discovery...

Their statement of how DM has responded to their proposals makes it clear what DM thinks of their "Scheduling", which is summarily and totally ignoring it...Lol...Lol...
