"We corrected one word in one of the claims of the ‘737 patent." - RP

We don’t know what that word was, whether it was added, removed, or changed... nor for which claim.

We do know that this single word made it worthwhile to amend the original complaint adding patent ‘737 into the mix for our claims of infringement. That is a pretty important word. My hope is that this little detail will be included in DM’s amended filing for us to see. We’ll be better able to speculate given that information.
