If they need to raise capital, it won`t be much, imo, not unlike the $1.8 million range from previous offerings. Why burn the shares when the PPS is at the lows ? They will do what they need to get by, imo, unless there is some incredible deal to be had.

Funny, you call it dilution and I call it raising capital...while both actually occur, the dilution is insignificant if they land a KINO/Kiosk deal or an embedded deal goes down.

All the hype regarding dilution is ridiculous on a penny stock with 165 Million shares out....and a -$.02/share EPS...

One deal wipes the slate clean and the company rolls black.

They are almost there right now with just digEplayers selling.

This company has NO overhead to speak of...
