I can't answer that question. My point is actually echoed in a portion of your post: "This investment comes down to the patents and the products that utilize them in billion dollar global markets, past, present and future"

When Edigital is paid from royalties (from licensing agreements) for those "products that utilize them in..." or gets paid more significantly from a greater presence in the IFE space then I think we'll see more interest from a microcap fund. If there is some other surprise up their sleeves that will generate significant revenues & profits from someplace other than settlements, potential royalty agreements, and eVU sales/service then by all means bring it on.
