I agree that it is not managment's call, due to the arrangement with DM. However, if they still believe this is a 3-5 year window to complete their IP efforts then they will be filing larger and larger infringer groupings over the next few years, which will, in effect, lead to steady revenue growth as multiple settlements begin to track.

If DM does ramp it up it becomes a mere numbers game....advantage EDIG.
