Guessing EDIG needs 4-5 settlements this quarter to beat last years numbers, assuming the settlement numbers approximate last years results.

However, if that bar did get raised, fewer settlements could do the trick.

Either way, fiscal 2011 could average more than one settlement per month.

I expect DM to continue accelerating the process and with that in place the microcaps should be all over this.
