This is a private company, I believe about 9 employees, in biz 4 or less years, estimated sales between 2.5 and 5 mln/yr and reported to be growing. Check out what they sell. The flash products look to be the only infringing ones, thus a small win, but still a win.

We never thought what they were going to pay us to be a big number, but what is more important to me is, a precedent has been set in round 2 that we negotiated a royalty agreement, as in "raising the bar."

If DM can get a 1 time fee from the bigger outfits AND a royalty deal selectively from the 18 not yet officially announced as settled, that strategy going into tier 2 can payoff handsomely.

I'd say they will be around...

BTW, BS&T was a great group
