Message: micro OS

IMO - You ask, ''if the use of the micro OS was included in the settlements.'' the elements probably relate to the removable aspect which probably includes some of its circuity/interfacing parts.

that's old IP and included in FlashR

''We did not license or provide source code to MicroOS in it’s current configuration to any of these companies."

imo this = the eVU operating system-n-its-configuration because remember when asked back when Digeplayer was big; we were told it had grown thru many versions, ergo 5500.

Now our new encription patent may be the ''current configuration'' of source-code that is proprietary until patent issue...

It makes one think 'certain elements' leave them open for further litigation, but wer't most if not all settled 'with predudice' meaning it/they can't be brought back.

It's reeasurring knowing non of the x-licensing gave away code or licenses,,,

Not Yet Anyway.

emit...
