In creating... recorded data.....NO RAM resource necessary....the only thing that is held in a volatile state at risk, is within a high speed...ie.. SRAM....sized to one read / write block of a non-volatile memory......that risk can be devised to the least minimal loss depending on the memory....ie...NAND 256 bytes=1 R/W block... or, as low as NOR 1 byte=1 R/W block.
