I truly believe EDIG management will have some good ASM news, or why delay and announce a date now?

As questioned here, we do not know if we will get a request for more shares. They have 200m approved, 166m outstanding. We also don`t know what changes Atul has made in the company structure. I would EXPECT all of that up front and early. It is what it is. I hope we don`t have to hear about naked short people and their new financing plan at 12% interest. EDIG can do better if the business is real and verifiable.

IMO, the real questions become, ``What are the short term revenue / GP prospects?`` and; ``What is the current monthly SG & A needed to keep the lights on until X, Y, or Z actually happens?``

Board comments on dilusion? Matter a lot? a little? send nukes to Poway? should I bring that new Clevland lob wedge for Fred`s foot(where`s flash when you need him?)? should I bring two guns, two bottels of red, 2 Buck Chuck?

My EXPECTations are for a positive ASM event. However, many of the points made on Agora and on other boards do need an answer, good news or bad news.

I do NOT EXPECT ``all things dot`` to come together and a super love fest of newly minted and mingled millionairs (how`s that for alliteration) to break out in the parking lot. But, hey, it is CALiFORNia and there are more than a few fruitcakes runnin` around.
