Message: Just a simple thought / question

"So the question is, why hasn't any big company come forth and acknowledged the above premise and taken control of EDIG's technologic assets?"

The industry, IMO, are adapting methods that copy e.Digital. The only thing I can justify,... as a whole, they are trying to adopt collectively for the consideration of calling it... "known and practiced methods"....where the methods belong to no-one.

That said, I'll be as descriptive as I can in helping e.Digital fight for their rights....of "no prior art".

You of all, should appreciate their circumstance.

IMO, time is on our side as long as the patents are enforceable. They are enforceable even after their maturity date for companies that have infringed during their essence.

Winning a boat load of settlements...no matter what rule of win one considers them to be, goes a long way of pointing to who first utilized the methods.

As far as the methods go, with regard to... "because technology waits for nothing" the methods are the end of the line in delivering video and audio and the reason they will all adapt.

pairing down to simplicity....

I just want to see them beat the system with distinction for being the first to end all.
