"So the question is, why hasn't any big company come forth and acknowledged the above premise and taken control of EDIG's technologic assets?"

I can't site any examples of take overs in cases like this, patent infringement. Most just settle and move on considering their use of the technology for 10 years gave them the leg up they needed to compete at that time. Now they will pay for what they were able to sell...just business from their perspective.

In conclusion, time is not on our side, because technology waits for nothing.

Technology waited 10 years for markets and products to mature, evolve and NOW EDIG is monetizing the process...the beauty of owning the intellectual property...so time was on our side in that EDIG did not need to compete head to head in retail to strike its deals...it is striking them in the court system. Certainly not the scenario we all envisioned but the reality of the evolution market for EDIG's patents.

What's a killer is this waiting calmly knowing there are 18 new settlements in motion that remains a mystery to the overall markets.

A few more settlements in and some exposure to new investment capital and this begins to rock.
