In the meantime as we are getting closer, they secured counsel to be represented in Court...

It is that Lawyer who has "Filed the ANSWER" of Nokia, which pro-forma includes the "Kitchen Sink"...

This does not mean that there are for sure some valid counter claims there. It is just to cover any ctingency. So, if I were you, I would not pay much attention to it..
