...and I have no desire to help those whose only purpose is to bash. But baseless ‘positive` posting is equally useless. I`d rather know the truth about my investment and see if I can determine what is actually going on; instead of trusting those who think they can make the share price rise by wishful thinking while squelching any perceived negative vibes.

The situation is what it is. I guess one can either discuss it, ignore it, or pretend it`s something else.

I was recently encouraged by the Wencor-B/E-Air Canada connection; until it became clear that Thales was indeed NOT out of the picture. Thus, I think an incorrect conclusion was reached by assuming that Air Canada might be getting the digEsystem. I no longer see any evidence to support that.

I know some would like to accentuate the positive and talk about the obvious opportunities that Wencor now has by partnering with B/E. A move in the right direction to be sure but two thoughts still discourage me from getting too excited about this:

1. Opportunities do not equal orders. We can argue all night about ‘how do we know they do` versus ‘how do we know they don`t` already have orders, but frankly, I`m ready for some confirmation instead of playing word games. After this many years and endless disappointments where EDIG is concerned, I`ve earned the right to be a little impatient and skeptical. I know, Wencor isn`t the same as EDIG. But it doesn`t really matter if we see the same results.

2. And I realize this is a subject of debate, but we still don`t KNOW what involvement EDIG has with the digEsystem or what their share of revenues would be if they were. I could cite logical reasons on both sides of the argument, but again, I just want confirmation one way or the other. That management has chosen to be cagey about it doesn`t speak well of our chances in my opinion. Someone else might think the exact opposite, but I doubt the question will remain open past the shareholder`s meeting in either case. Anyway, we`ll see.

Of course, there`s also the KINO and other stuff to consider too except that their history isn`t too good when it comes time to deliver actual results. That could still change though. Honestly, I`m hoping for the best. I`m just bracing for the worst.

Most would rather debate a poster`s motives than discuss the issues and questions at hand. Oh well. Try and make it last. I`ll keep quiet for now and reserve any further judgement until EDIG starts doing some talking.
