SUMMONS Returned Executed by e.Digital Corporation. Kyocera Corporation served on 1/26/2010, answer due 2/16/2010. (Yungwirth, Matthew) (Entered: 01/27/2010)

For this return an consideration they were given until 2-16 10 to answer the complaint....all the other entities connected to Kyocera have on extensions until 2-15-10.

Kyocera Corporation now has an unopposed motion under consideration for an extension of time to answer, should be interesting to see what date the court extends the consideration to.
