Actually, I'm learning the legal strategy from your contributions here. I actually think our senarios have merit. It's just a matter of time for this to blend into a win win for EDIG, and these two giants I doubt will ever make it to trial.
Lets see, by my calculations you owe me $2 Bln, and I owe you $3 Bln, so here's a check for $1 Bln and the 2 of us settle, now we both owe EDIG $10 Mln, so lets cut them checks, be done with this nonsense, shake hands and get back to work.
