Until such time EDIG puts out a PR, after all court issues are final, we will not know any details, and if the settlements include NDA's as in the past with all but LG and Woverine, we will not know anything further.

The 3Q is due out 2/15ish thru financial activity ending 12/31, to give the market input on financial intake during that 90 period, but I suspect, from past history during this IP effort, we will need to analyze the results of 3Q and 4Q settlements via financials.

Left in the dark again, but with a DM strategic plan IMO.
