Summit Global Group was misidentified by DM. They are going to dismiss them from the lawsuit and I believe Jameson said the correct defendant is named Summit Technology Group. We should see this change soon in PACER.

I see from your link that Summit Technology Group, LLC is listed on the righthand side of the webpage so they are affiliated. I didn't know that...nice find!
