Could go either way. This early in the case, my gut says there won't be a motion for a stay; stays are requested to keep unnecessary costs and expenses down. I doubt Ikegami and Roland are spending any money on this case and are just waiting on DM to file the dismissal motion like we saw with TIC Computer (aka Wolverine Data). The court will definitely grant it. Probably sometime next week since DM announced the settlements to the court on Wed. All IMO.
