That's my take.

SS was sitting there, hearing the attorneys for those 3 agreed to settle. That's step 1, step 2 both parties file the agreements, step 3, RP starts typing.

I don't know the time table of these 3 steps, I assume there is only 3 (?) because we never had a "court reporter" before.

The other thing is, EDIG in my observation over the years, puts out PR's between 5:30 - 6:00AM San Diego time..pre market.

I suspect mid next week we will see it...IMO.
