You keep saying 12 - 18 months, being conservative so not to be hyping I guess, but I disagree it will take this long.

We need to remember why DM took round two to Colorado. The East Texas doc was full up and moving things along in a timely manner was not going to happen. Fred's PR even mentioned the CO move was to settle at a faster pace, plus RP mentioned same at the SHM.

CO 19 began Nov 3rd, and we already have 4 settlements, or call it 3 if 2 are combined.

I'd put my timeline all 19 by the end of June, unless a Markman comes along with any of them. I'm still leaning to the side this is unlikely, based on repeated comments at the SHM. It appears quiet evident EDIG has no desire to take that route, but RP did say, "1 or 2 may want to go there."

If it takes longer than 8 months, so be it, but that's my opinion.

I also have a gut feeling law firm #2 will come into play by the end of June, to handle the DM conflict cases. The main reason I say the end of June, is IMO EDIG will have enough cash to PAY attorneys fees, as landing another contingency deal does not seem likely.

I could be all wet, but these are my thoughts.
