As I heard in the courtroom, Summit Global Group LLC was misidentified and DM will be voluntarily dismissing them from the lawsuit by 1/27/10. I believe Jameson said they are adding Summit Technology Group to the list of defendants.
The judge has a Show Cause and Status Conference set for 4/1/10. Since DM hasn't served the 7 foreign parent companies yet (seen below in Doc 145), they will need to show cause as to why the 7 aren't dismissed. Apparently you can't name a party in your lawsuit and serve them when you feel like it. As I said earlier, I definitely heard Jameson say they were working toward/hoping for a settlement with these foreign 7 companies to avoid Hague Convention procedures. The judge gave them until 1/29/10 to serve them or dismiss them because of a reached settlement.
