My guess on the next settlement(s) is Roland Corp and Roland Systems Group U.S.. There are no PACER filings regarding them whatsoever which makes me think they're knee deep in settlement talks. Kind of like Wolverine Data...no filings then WHAM! Suddenly there was a motion to dismiss them due to a settlement agreement between the parties.
