This company has not filed anything yet...we do not know who represents them....they have acknowledged the summons.

IMO, they'll be filing for an extension shortly....lol

Then we'll know who represents them...they've got six days to do something....or perhaps they will pass the dates and say nothing as Pentax/ Hoya did....7 days late.
