While I respect your opinion as well, having read Sinkman`s post again, I don`t really see it as bashing - airing some (shared) frustration maybe, but not bashing. As I say in my post, I think he`s pretty in tune re: ``the wait after the wait``, and I`d hate to see Longs getting worked up (again) about the upcoming AMS just to face another disappointment.

As for his not being ``convinced`` about our involvement in the digEsystem, I understand where`s he`s coming from, though I strongly disagree (I`m convinced we`re in it just from the standpoint of logic. The Wencor folks I doubt are techie enough to competently seek out another source, so we`re it). He just gave us a look at his view of reality, and I am largely in agreement.

But any surprises to alter his (and my) view I`m sure would be welcome. But the probable numbers for 1Q06 won`t change even if we got the covetted surprise, as the resultant revenue/profit won`t hit the books till later.

A surprise would boost the PPS, making us feel a lot better, but I don`t see big things happening till later in the year, and I think THAT is all that Sinkman is saying (albeit with an unhappy tone).

These things I`m pretty sure about..... And if I`m wrong (again!), my days here may be numbered. At some point (which I keep pushing out), ya gotta say ``(long) enough already``.
