A "contact us" tab on a website is known to be for general inquiries of the public, not a potential eVU customer, although one could certainly do so via that tool.

In the IFE field, the WAEA organization members communicate as to proposal requests via e-mail and phone, and per Fred at the SHM, 90% of the time it's e-mail. All vendors to the IFE space have contact instructions for the airlines as a guide in a vendor manual.

IMO, too much is being made of this....

I am thru discussing it, until QCOM & SDG&E answer my "contact us" inquiry sent yesterday, Nov 18th. Have not heard back yet?
