No Pam I don't know how that deal was structured and I would have to guess that investors will likely not be apprised of such details since DM remains in negotiations with numberous infringers and would not want to tip their hand.

It does add another revenue stream that will likely be lumped in with the IP revenues making it harder to figure out each seperate deal as we move forward. They likely will break down eVU sales vs IP revenues but not royalty revs vs settlement numbers is my guess.
