We have some of the elements in place to make e.Digital attractive to these funds and investors and expect to add other important elements during this calendar year necessary for significant new investment interest.

I wonder what the other elements they are intending to add might be? Higher settlement amounts? A Markman ruling in our favor would likely require more than a year so I don't think thats what he's suggesting. Multiple favorable settlements with correspondingly improving financials. The buy back of outstanding shares would certainly send a signal to the investment community.

That last suggestion would do it for me. Even the intent to buy back shares would send a signal. The more serious the intent to buy back shares the less likely they will announce their intent. The lower the shareprice the more shares that can be recouped. Purely guesswork at this point.
