how does this look to you...

In 2008 the aggregate to Polis was 24,109,208, however, that included some small warrants and a debt conversion. These actions did not happen in 2008 they happened in 2009....should that optional share count be considered in the 2008 aggregate?

When the options were exercised it bumped up the Davric issue 2,897,875, which included a few extra shares above the total amount of the options....980,933 purchased from somewhere.

In any event, if warrants are not counted as stock in 2008, the aggregate is decreased making the difference column half or so.

In looking at his wife's considerations, there's something not right there with the aggregate amount noted for 2008.
