How about this thought?
A person loans money to EDIG based on being paid back in shares at 10 cents/share. When the loan is gradually paid back, the pps is at 16 cents, and the person sells the shares.
I will admit not understanding all the SEC filing details nor most of what has been said on this topic in the last 24 hours, but...think about this as a possible answer.
The volume hit a spike right about the same time we were about to be debt free, which was announced to be the case per FF at the SHM Nov 19th and recorded in the SHM notes at Link Library posted by emit Nov 20th.
I'll post something showing volume in a minute.
